Easy to find location on road but entrance is in narrow street, no u turn possible for car, difficult for bike. Hotel is at 2min walk from golden temple. The staff was not cheerful. Some amenities were good like lift, tempreture, drinking water, ambience etc but some were not given like wifi password, tv remote, sleepers, tissue paper, dental kit, sleepers, not working landline etc.

It was a good one but quite unprofessional First of all its not at all 2 minutes walk to golden temple but around 10-15 mins walk they forget to keep Toiletries in bathroom They forget to keep water bottles in second day. They have a room heater/ ac but they said that it is inoperative from room and you have to call reception again n again. Next day they said it is very operational from room

The biggest Pro is the proximity to Golden temple.. is walking distance for any age group. the hotel is built well.. modern infra.. but biggest Con - the room size is too small. you will feel suffocated. good for business travelers or overnight stay but not for long and specially not for families. there is no coffee/tea complimentary in room packets. only hot water kettle. Food is good but service is Toooo slow.

It was terrible stay in this hotel staff was totally unprofessional and rude behaviour and No room amenities provided and Bedding was also so dirty because it was already used of previous guests. So totally disappointed and not worth it. Not recommended at all.
