Poor Stay
The room was not matched as per the given description by the Hotel. The washroom was really small, No Hot water on late nights. The hallway was having a terrible smell of Smoking. It felt unsafe at night.

Deluxe rooms are very very small, bathrooms are congested. Although overall cleaning was good.

I can say good staff but payment system make me waited for 20 min so i almost miss my flight, so reception counter person much improved on that. Yeah good hotel in amritsar

1 night stay
Hotel is easily identifiable but room size is very short it ends up in just double bed….below points we have noted to be worked on 1.Fan speed is not changeable inspite of cold.2.Commode is in the middle of bathroom so very short space for bath.3.breakfast is very very poor and staff is not so suppportive buffet was cancelled and he was asking us tell him what to prepare for breakfast and took half an hour additional although we were telling we are already late.
