Except for the safety of the luggage, everything else wasn't easy. Toiletries, basic amenities and everything required were either missing, delayed or only provided after constant reminders. The shower was broken and it wasted almost an hour of ours. Finally, we had to be shifted to another room. No hot water, no supply of tea/coffee in the room(hot water kettle, which is usually kept in the rooms). I expected a bit better than this.
