Review Of Hotel Sapphire

I stayed at “The Sapphire Hotel .“ The best thing is its location , just a short walk from the Golden Temple. The location was excellent, especially for early morning darshan. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. They arranged private car to visit Wagah border. Overall, great value for money, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Amritsar.

Neat and clean Rooms, washrooms, Bedsheets. Hardly 01 min walk to Golden Temple, approx 3-4 Min walk to Jallianwala bagh. Excellent for Family stay.

Parking was not available with the hotel as shown its description....I have to pay 260 rs for reaching the hotel and return to parking.Moreover there was no hair dryer available in the hotel room.

Good and important thing to mention is its most nearest and accessible distance to harmandir saheb The thing I don't like is hotel doesn't provide a single water bottle as complimentary on arrival/ stay Should provide some needful things

rooms are little less ventillated and no restaurant food facility was gvn fr dinner. so we had to order from outside. Though it was a ceasefire next day. location is great

The overall service was ok but the problem was with their kitchen timings which used to be start from 9:00 AM. Atleast they should’ve kept an option of offering tea in the morning

best as ever. bring maintained very well. and just next to newly opened jodaghar on akal takht gate side. nothing more better option than Sapphire.

Location is very near to கோல்டன் temple. Reception very good and room is very neat and clean. Very nice experience we had during my stay👍.

This hotel is just near the Golden temple, easy to visit the golden temple at any time, I stayed three nights. This was in my budget. Rooms are small but neat and clean. The owner of the hotel is a nice person and the whole staff is so good obedient helpful and well mannered.

property is on nice location. owner and staff are very humble and cooperative. excellent room service. In future if visit this place I sure to stay again and again in this property.

The location is perfect; right next to Golden Temple. Getting there by car could be tricky if your driver does not know the way. Google map directions could be misleading for cars because many small streets around Golden Temple are closed for cars but might show up on maps. The rooms are quite small but match the description during booking. Overall our stay was comfortable and the location was perfect.

Stay was good family room was a bit small for 4 people i woukd recommend taking 2 rooms instead hotel is at the entry of golden temple so it is a plus point. I dont have images

very humble staff , extremely close to the golden temple,well maintained and clean hotel . Amenities were very useful and hygiene was looked upon.Food was pure vegetarian

Very depressing start no control on visitors, all night disturbances, no cooperative administration, poor services. Was a terrible bad experience will never book or recommend this hotel sapphire to any body. Useless

This Hotel is Opposite Golden Temple . However for the Golden temple view you'll have to request for the rooms to be facing golden temple view or to take the terrace room . Rest commute , shopping , and everything was good. Hotel staff was helpful and guided us well also allowed us to use the rest room or to feed our baby in a room after we checked out .

It's very bad experience to stay in hotel sapphire. Supporting staff is very selfish for tip. If you will reach hotel before check in time 1:00 pm then they never co-operate even they are looking for early check in money. Man at on reception is fully nonsense person.

Rooms were decent and well cleaned. Comfortable stay. Close proximity to golden temple.

Me and my wife booked hotel sapphire after a careful consideration of multiple options around the place. We were booked into a room on the ground floor which didn't have a window. The room was decent sized but lighting was dull. Bathroom was clean. Bed was neat. We have to walk 4-5 steps to get to the level of the hotel. The hotel had a lift possibly working as well. In-room dining menu looked expensive but we had ample options in the vicinity. What we loved best and one of the undeniable benefits of this hotel is the vicinity to the golden temple. In fact, we left our shoes in the room and walked barefoot for about 100-200 metres to the temple as this is located right next to the vip gate. The hotel signage is also prominently displayed, so hard to miss. The entire area around the temple is quite crowded and narrow, so i'd recommend taking an auto here than a car.

Location is good, but room allotted was very small and without outside view. Hotel is managing in professional way.
