located easily. food prices extremely high. Even water bottle was chargeable. I paid for breakfast through MMT and didn't receive any breakfast. Didn't provide room key for hours. No wipers in washroom. No tea coffee pouches provided. No soaps shampoo initially provided.

Poor Stay

The service was very bad, there was no towel in the hotel till morning, neither was there telephone service, nor was the room locked, when I asked the staff for the room key, they said that there was no key. There was no arrangement for tea in the hotel till 9:30, I had to leave the hotel on an empty stomach

Terrible Stay

First of all i gone in the hotel at 7. 00 pm, they told me to wait on reception for 45 minutes, because room was not ready, and when i asked for breakfast they told me that they don't have kitchen and when i made issue there they given me roti simple without stuffing normal with no vegetables, it was so terrible, why make my trip put there rooms with breakfast if they don't have kitchen. And i made issue on mmt at 7. 30 but no response till next morning, very disappointed by make my trip service. When make my trip will take step ? when they stay gets over ?

Having a good stay with my family. New build hotel having so beautiful rooms and so spacy. Staff was very cooperative and helpful throughout my stay and good was also very tasty and good quilting of food. Location was so prime and having a valet parking you must visit nagina heights hotels running under vd group of hospitality.
