Amazing & Blissful stay at Amrtisar's Fortune Inn Heritage Walk Fortune Inn Heritage Walk Amritsar - Member ITC Hotels' Group which is not just walking distance from the Golden Temple but also proximity to the market, eateries and the two most important visiting place, i.e. - Jalianwalla Baugh & Partition Museum. The property is a short & sweet one with great support staff right from front desk to restaurant (Zodiac - Jashan, Shahrukh) and to housekeeping staff. Appreciate the welcoming nature of Manager of the property, Shravan who celebrated my birthday with a awesome and tasty cake delivered to the room. Loved the sweet gesture from him :) Not to forget the Electric Rickshaw kept at the Fortune Inn Heritage Walk Amritsar - Member ITC Hotels' Group premises specially for the guest to hop on and go for a quick ride to nearby places. This is such a good thing to add to the property making it an ideal place to stay.

Hotel is right in central old Amritsar walking distance from Jallianwala Bagh, Golden Temple and the Partition Museum. Rooms were clean and amenities were good. I would have given 5 stars except for the drawbacks. We booked 5 delux rooms. Some rooms were very spacious, while some were as small as a box with no space to turn around even. This discrepancy should not be there in an ITC Fortune Inn Heritage Walk Amritsar - Member ITC Hotels' Group. Secondly the service was very poor, the food at the restaurant and room service was very slow and the housekeeping was non existent. We called 4-5 times for towels in the room, as they had removed our used towels and were not provided the same till late night. Nothing should require 5 calls to get done which indicates their callousness. Otherwise I would still recommend this place if they improve on these points.

Food - good but very limited menu for vegetarians Location - Average, No good view, Parking - difficult Facilities- small rooms. regular checkup of bathroom plumbing required. Despite above, staff was quite friendly, sincere and helpfully especially kitchen and housekeeping. Overall satisfactory but can be improved.

My purpose of visit was to visit the Golden Temple. For that, the Fortune Inn Heritage Walk Amritsar - Member ITC Hotels' Group is ideally located, 5 minutes walk, from where you can go to the golden temple at any time of day or night. Room, food and service were more than adequate for my need

My family and I had an amazing stay The staff was extremely friendly and cooperative. Special mention for Mr Deepak who really took great care of us. Food was good and the location is excellent and extremely close to the main attractions. Highly recommend this property
