Review Of Royal Vitana

I'm writing to request a refund for my booking at Royal Vitana hotel in Amritsar. I chose this hotel specifically because it had a swimming pool, which was prominently featured in the photos. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the pool has been non-functional for the past six months. , which clearly show the pool's condition. Given the between the hotel's advertised amenities and the actual experience, I believe a refund is in order. I hope you'll look into this matter and assist me in getting a refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

No wifi Broken window Rude behaviour for reception

Unhygenic....Dirty Bed Sheets, Smelly Corridors, No toiletry, u feel like vomiting when go inside the room....no room service.....

There was no food Staff was rude and abusive also The manager at reception has no manners and was looking drunk Talking abt room it was terrible there was water leaking in washroom bedsheets was dirty and stinky There was nuts and light was going after every 5 mins after calling at reception he gets angry and say generator is not working nd was rude There was no plates or anything It was terrible even the people who last stayed wrote at blinds of washroom BAD HOTEL BAD STAFF!

Room was clean and hygienic. However there were some spots in lobby which needs improvement. The staff was also co operative and well behaved

Hot water wasn't available, extra bed was stiff as a rock and gave us bedsheet instead of a blanket

Yes, I would say that you should not book Keka Devi Hotel online, it is a very stupid hotel, there is no toilet sheet, the water that you showed in their photos, the swimming pool is Ola, there is nothing in that hotel, sir, it is very cold, the whole Ganga is very cold, I went there yesterday and booked a room, it was a mistake, I booked a good room and sat down, it is very bad, there is no management, nothing is good, don't book it

The location was easily reachable, but the rest of the things in the hotel were very terrible like hotel room, bed sheets washroom etc also no additional staff was available

hotel room and invorment excellent nice staff and loyal staff with custmer i lost my earphone in hotel they help me to find my earphone thats why i see that staff loyal and sweet

Washrooms are not clean Not Clean Bed sheets and pillow covers Bath Towels are not clean Room Refrigerator is not working

Washroom was very unhygienic and no shampoo and soaps were there , also no towels were given and when i ask for towel , they give us only one towel for 2 persons and the towel was very old and in very bad condition. Also no response from reception and room service. I called many times but they didn't pick the call . At last I called the on manager number given on then he give me personal number of reception concerned person . Overall , I am very unsatisfied with the hotel services and employees. I will not visit this property again . It was very worse experience.

Not same as images, no rooftop and the surrounding of hotel is not that good , I found insects in room

Location is good and property is average not maintained as per 3 star standards Entrance of property is very poor Condition of lift is also pathetic

we are fully satisfied with hotel rooms but there is no swimming pool available in this hotel, this is under construction thats why we could not be happier
