Outstanding stay each and everything was nice 👍 nathing was terrible in reaching the hotel and the staff was very cooperative in every regard.

The 1st room they gave was used one, with dispersed linen, later we realised ac was not also working. So they changed the room, it had non functional fridge. Staff members were greedy for tips. Overall experience not satisfactory.

hotel rooms was really dirty. bed sheets was so bad n dirty. hotel electric appliances was not working properly in the room. washroom was dirty too. not worth of money. really expensive in this price of range. if there would be -1 rating i had selected less thn 0 / -1. terrible experience

Trip was overall great. Staff was helpful and gentle. They even helped me with some of my personal problems. However washroom can be maintained more better.

coupleI stayed in the hotel for 21 & 22 feb 21. Excellentent rooms, good house keeping and honest pricing. Good parking on the front and in posh mall road locality

Safe and good but poor service
Room was good but room service was quite bad. I asked for sleeper, they said wait for a movement we'll provide you and I waited for 2 hours then I called them again, they said the same thing and didn't provide sleepers.

Rude staff, stinking washrooms and poor service

Dirty and used bedsheet and blanket
The rooms very stinky. Bedsheet was not washed. Pillows were full of dirt.
