i wish i could give zero stars. my experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. first, the room was filthy—there was dust on the surfaces, stains on the carpet, and the bathroom smelled musty and unclean. the bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed, and there were hairs on the pillows. to make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. when i reported the issues with my room, they didn’t seem to care at all. i had to ask multiple times before anyone came to clean, and even then, it was done poorly. the noise level was unbearable as well. i could hear loud music and shouting from the hallway throughout the night. i barely got any sleep. breakfast was another disaster. the food was cold, stale, and the dining area was messy. i expected much more for the price i paid. this hotel doesn’t deserve its star rating, and i would never stay here again. i strongly recommend finding a better place if you’re considering this hotel!

Not up to expectations. . Food breakfast 9:00 this is late, swimming pool as shows not in hotel, location is ok

Web in washroom, broken vanity and smelly rooms hotel interiors. Hotel not well maintained and could even hear tv noise from the adjacent room

Beautiful room and hygiene washroom, very neat and clean hotel. We came from mumbai stay with family. It’s family hotel, reception person is very helpful and polite, he provided us cab for amritsar sightseeing. Thank you for your hospitality

Room services are good, staff are courtiest, food services are good, we had great experience at the swimming pool. Best part of hotel apple tree is near by golden temple, highly recommended

Staff are very lazy and with casual behaviour. Rooms were very unhygienic and also washrooms. I booked deluxe room but they given us very small room. They show swimming pool in facilities but it was not working and very dirty. There were no cleanliness. By mistake i booked one room without breakfast the owner of the hotel told me that if we given us positive reviews we given you free breakfast for other family members. The owner of the hotel was very manner-less person and they talked with high tone and in the breakfast they only given aalo puri, sandwich and tea. Do go for this type of hotel where they don’t know how to respect guests.

The hotel ambience is exceptional, the staff is very cooperative, room service is perfect, food is really awesome, tasty as i liked, parking also available, cab also available for sightseeing at affordable rates

The overall stay wasn't so nice. There were no kitchen facilities for late night, no r o water facility & no toiletry kit was made available.
