Average Stay
The property is average but few benefits attached. It’s actually 50 meters from Sri Darbar Saheb, staffs are very cordial, food is good, rooms are ok and manageable, not very clean but again given the price band it’s ok.

Terrible Stay
I check in hotel room was not ready even after they called me at 1 to confirm if i am coming or not, I told them i will be there 2.30. Room was so gila like they just maup it and asked me to wait for 10 minute once the room dry then you can go. I asked them to change the room they said upgrade it. Hotel staff behaviour is very unprofessional. I tried MMT to cancel my booking and for the refund you people have not helped me also. From 2.30 to 6 we were playing passing parcel as your customer care say owner will cancel and refund owner said MMT will refund. After three hours there was no solution so we decided to stay there. At the end after not getting help from you guys and hotel we decided to left the property as we all did not feel safe there especially kids they started crying so I have to left. So I am very disappointed with MMT service and i have not expected this from such brand. I would request for refund. Thank you.

Excellent Stay
Stay at hotel a star is very good. Good daily servicing. Hygienic and well maintained. Good food facilities. Time to time providing of services is excellent.

Good experience but lights are very dim and washroom is not working properly and less hygienic otherwise all good

Cleanliness is bad, fixtures and fittings are terrible. Lot of mosquitoes 🦟. No welcome water bottle although it was mentioned while booking..

I mentioned the facilities of said hotel, first not connecting room with reception so that all room service is not proper i.e water , tea, food & other. Second in the washroom do not put necessary accessories.

Basic hotel but convenient location
The hotel is conveniently located near major tourist spots and famous eating places.But it is in a narrow lane and my cab refused to go till there. Very few staff and rudimentary restaurant which daily opened later by about 45 minutes than time mentioned for breakfast. Reason cited was staff is late. You will need to remind housekeeping to replenish tea bags and water bottles which should happen automatically. Some maintenance needed in roomsm

I booked this hotel in April 2024 as well and the stay was pleasant. Right from the hospitality to the ambience. The major merit is that it is very close to Golden Temple that one and easily walk and visit it whenever they want to.

Entrance Gate is very bad since there is no railing for support for climbing the stairs. Staff is very polite and friendly but room service tea material takes too much time.

Overall good quiet hotel... not 50 meters from Golden Temple though
soloI stayed Fri-Sun and had a good experience. The hotel is NOT 50 meters from Golden Temple though. Maybe 500 meters. However, that wasn't a big deal it is a good walk either way and lets you see a good part of Amritsar. Also room is not as large as the pictures they show but as a solo traveler again not a big deal. Relatively clean but some dust/dirt on floor and bathrooms. Lastly, during my last day in the late morning they had some really loud construction going on on the roof. Not sure if it's typical but definitely a disturbance if I wasn't going out at that time.

Good to stay for golden temple
The experience was overall good. Only hygiene was not upto the mark, but it was okay. golden temple is at walking distance from the hotel.
