The hotel's location was good, and it was close to the Golden Temple. The room was a little small, but it was nice. The amenities and towels in the bathroom weren't of the best quality. The food we ordered was good. The only confusion was that the hotel's name was Golden Inn, but the online booking showed a different name, making it a bit difficult to find.

Good Stay
Hello The rooms was nice, spacious & clean. Not happy with the room service though..had to call multiple times to get toilet rolls, water or to request for room cleaning..for one instance I had to visit the reception myself to ask for the the room cleaning service. Overall the property was well-maintained, safe for solo or women travellers and at a good location from the Golden Temple and market. I booked this hotel under the impression that this is a fabhotel franchise..but there was nothing as such mentioned...just pride punjab was written..and global inn board was there..initially it created a confusion.. Would appreciate if these things are kept consistent.

Bad experience
Zero toiletries, handle broken, ac locked, dirty bedsheets, zero in room tea/coffee arrangements, tv plan expired. Its an endless list

Highly unprofessional staff and worst hotel experience
We booked this hotel 1 day before the visit. When we reached, the hotel staff said we can’t provide you room as we are already booked. They said its fab hotels mistake and now do whatever you want to do we can’t help you. I have never had such an experience. Worst experience, never book from fab hotels. The hotel was global inn actually, and fab hotels had a tie up with them. Don’t book global inn as well. The staff was very unprofessional
