Everything was ok not at all Hotel Paradise is a good hotel, couple-friendly, and also clean. The rooms are nice too, but the space is very limited.

Hotel stay experience was worst. There was no staff at the reception desk when needed. When I reached out to them for any issue, they say call the owner, we don’t know what we can do. Owner!!! What does that mean? I visited your hotel for peaceful stay, not to call your owner for anything I need. We booked 3 rooms, out of which 1 was 2* double bed room and except that room, both other rooms were very small in dimensions. No window is any of those 3 rooms. Totally suffocating. Caretaker of that hotel sprayed the room freshener in front of us to make it smell okay. There were black moisture patches on the wall. Small gallery sized bathrooms with just 1 men space to use it. My stay was for one day. I checked into the hotel at 8:30 Pm around. MMT was showing that I will be getting upto 3 hrs complimentary extended checkout. But the next day, hotel owner called me and asked to shift in only 1 room out from all 3 and checkout at 1 PM maximum and turned off the AC as well to force us to either leave or pay extra. He said the rooms are booked so I have to leave, whereas after so much of discussion, he said I will turn the AC on only when you pay extra and let us stay for 3 more hours till I catch my train at 5 PM. We had to pay just because of their so suffocating, barely breathable rooms. While I was checking out, I could see that whole side of my room’s wing was empty. No room was occupied. It was a lie that their rooms were booked. We felt cheated. No water dispenser. No tea service. Just dumbs running a PG like place with no one to hear what you are looking for. There are lot of other hotels in the same area, do visit them but don’t book this hotel.

बहुत ही घटिया एक्सपीरियंस स्वर्ण मंदिर के पास तीन से चार घंटे के लिए रुकना था। रात 1:00 बजे हम उनके यहां आए 20-25 मिनट तक ऐसी ऑन नहीं किया। इसके अलावा रात ढाई तीन बजे चिट्टियां निकल पड़ी। पूरे बिस्तर पर मैंने फोटो भेजी है। देखो!

Booked hotel paradise and stayed at Hotel G S grand. No tea available in morning, ac remote is not there, if the hotel paradise not available why this type of booking allowed?

Amazing hospitality In a budget price very happy with experience near clean rooms , well ami gained washrooms , fresh towel and Toiletaries were given on demand , room service was quick most importantly ambience of the hotel from family point of view is excellent also big car parking area highly recommended

Good Location. Golden Temple is just nearby. But the rooms were not clean. Nor did the AC work. Lots of disturbance even in late night.

Excellent service decent hotel very close to Golden temple heritage walk area neat clean fresh rooms though it’s a budget hotel but services and amenities are not less than 3 star ,Toiletaries were provided in washroom , neat clean fresh towels beds were comfortable overall a satisfactory experience highly recommended

Hotel room was very small,tv was not working,shelf was broken,no dustbin in bathroom and no ventilation. One blanket was torn and no complitery water or bathroom set was provided.

room & washroom was stinky, terrible, nothing was provided in the room & washroom, dirty blankets, no handwash not even soap holders were there, mirror was not fixed, fake information was provided on website, no kettle, nothing was in the room, when I asked for kettle they provided broken, said yahi h, kettle Aisa hi hota & they provided the room on the top of the hotel, no other room was there, we request to change the room, they didn't agree & the worst thing is it is non- refundable 😭

The hotel’s location near the Golden Temple was excellent, making it easy to visit. The staff were courteous, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. While there was some street noise at night, it was manageable. Breakfast was decent, though not exceptional. Overall, a great choice for convenience with a pleasant stay.
