No kettle and tea material was provided, no cup was provided, only one empty glass provided that was so dirty, only one bath towel was given, no hand towel. staff is good, it was average experience

bad sheet was not clean pillow not clean when I ask to change the bad sheet then he told staff is not hear right now so you take bed sheet and change then me and my wife change bed sheet in hotel staff service poor

Very bad facility ac is not working properly. Proper hygenie is not maintain at all

1. The receptionist had not any information abut my booking. She kept me in waiting for 15 minutes. 2. No room service. 3. No lunch or dinner facility in the hotel. 4. Room condition was very bad. Sofa was very dirty. It seems that was not cleaned for years 5. Not recommended for booking. 6. I had to check out immediately due to such a pathetic condition of room and hotel with a loss of my money.

1 poor reception 2. No coffee kettle in room & no room service after 11 pm 3. Poor management

Amazing
I was really really amazed with the way hotel staff respected n welcomed us they were so humble, down to earth. Firstly i wasn't sure about the property but than after staying i can surely say it its better thin 5 star properties thank you so much for the warm welcome
