Booked double bed they given me room with two single bed ...no jacuzi was inside the room not worth for money

The location and food were very good, but the room had hot water and the bathroom had water. I had to call 3-4 times for the water supply and the service was slow.

1. They didn’t allow us to check in 2. They were asking for extra payment of room apart from existing booking 3. Didn’t provide breakfast well as it was part of our package 4. Harassment and humiliation a lot by the lady manager cum receptionist 5. At the time of check out stopped us by saying to pay for stay apart from existing payment which caused us delay in reaching at the bus stop and we missed bus which was Paid

Good, but bathroom wiper required each all bathroom.

It was nice stay with good food. Location of hotel was good and better reachable from railway station.

This hotel room is very congested. The exhaust fan is not running. Bathing tab not available. The bathroom is very small. Window is not available in room.

We book room for family, very good service offered by hotel personal, parking is also available. Hotel is near to road, i just simply approach the security person& he helps us to park the vehicle

Services are not good of this hotel. Hotel amenities are very good but services are seriously at its worst level.

The stay was average there were lots of issues in the room as 1) the lock key was not working at all we tried calling the staff and they reset-ed twice but as soon as we locked and went for dinner and came it did not worked. The support staff tried to repair it in the night 10 pm but after trying couple of times they said they will repair in the morning. In doing this process they messed up with power switch and the ac did not worked at all. 2 ) in the washroom the washbasin wasn't in the good condition as the pipe was leaking 3) the support staff was good. As we opted for breakfast but we wanted to leave early in the morning so they adjusted the breakfast in dinner. 4) the dinner was excellent the tastiest food was served the staff members upend-er singh and uttam yadav were really excellent and really courteous. Excellent guys. Imust say.

Location of the place is really good. Bus stand, railway station, Golden Temple everything is quite nearby. Only thing is ventilation problem. There are no windows or view

Didn't provide a water bottle, table. Phone not working if u want anything to reach the reception

Nice place, near railway statiion

I was looking for a hotel in amritsar for four nights during a national conference. Landed late and checked in a foul smelly room with one star facility. Fan was working at high speed only ac dysfunctional however i had no energy left to complain and went to sleep. Next day they changed my room which thankfully had a functional fan. Ac worked but stopped working as they had some master switch to save electricity or it was dysfunctional. Bathroom drain was choked shower head was choked and i had lost hope of a better room. Breakfast was included but when i reached their restaurant a loo parantha and omelette were the only things on menu! overall a forgettable experience. Staff was helpful and nice.
