Worst place
I stayed here for 2 days, the place is full of cockroaches, dusty bed, damaged wardrobe. Please choose this place only if you can stay with above all.

Room cleaning service
During my stay, I didn't observed any staff coming for room cleaning. Not even come after making a call to come and do so. Too many cockroach were in the room.

Not clean room
I booked the hotel as per the trust on Oyo brand. But the room was not clean and looked old. There was no proper ventilation. The staff was not trained properly. It wasn't a good place to stay with family. I don't know on what basis Oyo select include them in the chain of value hotels. There is some serious action Oyo needs to take if it wants to maintain it's brand value because next time onwards I won't prefer Oyo hotels.

Its a nice hotel to stay. Staff is very co operative. Appreciable also, hardly 500ms from bus stand.

Needs improvement
I was here just for a day with my family and had booked room after checking in, AC in my room was not working and room was also small and suffocating, no air flow. I informed this to the hotel staff and they changed my room to a bigger one which I think was the actual room, when I got the first one which was very disappointing, food was good but highly priced to what you get in Amritsar. The biggest disappointment was that the next day I just requested them to extend check out by 1 hour as I had checked in late which they bluntly refused plus this is quite far from Golden temple, there are very good hotels you can find in similar or lower prices around Golden temple. Please avoid with family.

Bathrooms were untidy, Almera was broken, bad condition of ac. Overall poor Pictures at internet were good but in reality was pathetic. Please improve.
