Poor Stay
The standard of the hotel is degraded. Water connections were not working properly, amenities were not there. Stale food of someone was not cleaned from the minibar.

Poor Stay
The hotel is best for 1 or 2 hrs based night hold or refreshment 1. The bedsheet was very dirty. We replaced it but replaced one also had multiple disguising stains 2. Every hardware component or room was oily and sticky 3. Bathroom was also ugly (not clean and sticky) 4. There was partition within one room and it looks this room are frequently used for.

Average Stay
Average, but staff is corporative, but don't like food quality so much, hotel needs to improve these qualities. Rest easy to check in and got everything which is mentioned in aminities

Nice stay at kingsway
I went with my family. Nice hotel, nice infrastructure. Good and cooperative staff. Good food. The walls need white wash though but otherwise clean.

Bad experience
Rooms were not ready when checked in - no toiletries, towels bed sheet were not clean in both rooms. Even after multiple reminders rooms were not cleaned and water bottles were also not given.

Hygiene issues
Lack of cleanliness. Lot of flies in the room. Bathroom fittings missing & exhaust fan not working. Lot of smell in the room. Lobby area was not clean. Staf was courteous though. Hassle free checkin experience. Location of the property is average. Compared to price it was a little low in terms of value for money. One can get better facilities at similar prices

Terrible experience
businessRoom hygiene is not proper at all. Bedsheet and blankets is really bed and not properly washed. Food was very bed and staff is not friendly. I really thought why did I book this hotel.
