No hospitality of the staff. Reception guy was excellent and helpful. Room was untidy, not clean, no drinking water bottle in room. No shampoo, soap in washroom

Location is easily accessible. Rooms are well maintained wash room is neat geyser available. Complimentary breakfast is tasty staff are polite every thing is good. I strongly recommend this property for comfortable stay

Rooms given were smaller than what was booked and rooms were not clean

Room offered was small as i was traveling with my mom booked room type they offered 2 rooms on different floors so given rooms were of lower category parking was offered under flyover, rooms were not clean

Excellent staff, served tea/coffee in time. Clean and hygiene maintained. Near to railway station. Conveyances easily available. Since it was under construction for extending rooms, hope it will vote.up with further improvement in its facilities. Suggestions for few hotel protocols: As we had to catch our train at 3, still even on requesting they could not let us keep one room out of three rooms booked for keeping our stuff till 2, which is normally not a big issue at hotels. Yes, definitely they let us keep our luggage with their reception place and opened one room for us, but for Only 5 minutes, and within 10 -15 minutes they kept on calling for coming out, which was unprofessional. It's upto them to look into this, but definitely after having a pleasant experience of 3 days stay, their impatience of 10-15 minutes was a bitter experience. On the whole I would give them 4 .5 stars and would recommend the stay. It was great 👍

This hotel is literally on the road. If you don’t find anything n are in dire situation please take it else do not waste your money on this hotel. They didn’t give water kettle, had to waste running water for 20 min before some warm water could come. And this is in december with temperature as low as 7-8 degrees celsius. In the name of breakfast they have only aloo paratha and bread that was not heated also. The only positive is it’s close to the golden temple. They charged almost 4. 5k per day and it’s not even worth 1k

Cleaning not good, bad sheet are so tides room service are very slow

Rooms are basic but clean. There is no refrigerator in the room but enough space. Bathrooms were clean. The location is very close to the major attractions in the city. You can literally walk to these.

The stay was average, i booked premium room but amenities was not there as mentioned in the mm t app. The rooms and washroom was clean though. The rooms were small as comparative in the mm t application. The dinner timing was till 11pm that we can order but 10pm only they asked that chef went so cant take order. The cutleries was provided as we order food from outside. We checked in at 9. 30 and actual time was 12pm so we need to pay 500 rupees extra but other hotels dont charge the same.

It was terrible stay - the room booked and the room given by hotel was totally different. Small room, no place to hang clothes, no hot water.
