The stay was quite amazing. Staff is very cooperative, as it was special day in Amritsar, very crowded and no place for parking, staff helped with parking and even carried luggage from car themselves. Room service is very quick, room was nice and very clean. overall experience is 10/10. highly recommended

different than expected..think twice before booking MARS

bad experience and completely opposite to what's portrayed in pictures and features. overpriced and lacks in promised facilities. overall . worst experience to book. Hotel is located backside of Golden Temple ..somewhere in narrow road. Difficult to.locate and no good view. Hotel staff at reception is ok but housekeeping facilities are worst that I witnessed during my stay. had to ask for basic amenities like Water bottle, towel , Bathroom amenities like shampoo shower gel etc. i was expecting buffet breakfast and I can't believe I will be served breakfast in room offering limited options like paratha poha bread butter coffee etc rooms are ok from inside but the Hotel.doesnt have anything more to offer than just stay .... having said I repeat it's no more than a 2 star hotel with limited bunch to offer.. and price paid is way above than one should be paying.

I would recommend Hotel M.A.R.S for stay when visiting Amritsar. The location is very feasible as all the prime places are at walking distance. The staff is very polite and helping. The rooms amd bathrooms are clean will proper facilities. This is also a budget hotel. We had a great stay.

Although I checked in at almost midnight, the staff made the process very smooth, unlike many properties. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The property is at a 5 minute walking distance from the Gurudwara Sahib. Even though the lanes narrow down at the location of the property, four wheeler accessibility is easy. The staff is hospitable without doubt. I would anyday be back here during my next visit and recommend the place too.

Excellent Stay

At hotel mars, we stayed for 1d/1n but it served our purpose. It was very much nearby to our destinations i. E. Golden temple and jallianwala baugh (hardly a minute of walking. Food offered was also good and they provide all the basic amenities like dental kits, slippers. Staff was good, helping. Overall, experience was great. Thanks.

groupGurmeet ji was extrenely helpful with arranging all our cabs and overall suggessions. Food was tasty and staff was courteous. Not exactly like the pics posted, but the hotel is clean and 6 mins walk to golden temple jallianwala bagh. Comfortable bed matteres, washrooms could be improved.

Comfortable but not worth the price i paid to book a suite room for 2 nights. Location was near golden temple but in streets with only approach via e rickshaw and no cabs i clubbed breakfast in my stay and there was no buffet and what i was served was very average and not good food. The second day i decided not to have our breakfast. The room booked was a suite but was very claustrophobic with no window or view and the only window which was there, there was a wall opposite just 2 - 3 feet. Small water bottles served asked for additional towels and water. No toiletries given or provided apart from soap and shower gels. Requested for an additional hour extension since the time of booking for the day we were checking out and hotel front end asked for additional payment. We didn't avail. The room booked couldn't be renamed to family room as there was nothing like a suite room into that. Thanks
