Rooms are decent and comfortable. Although TV channels are very few! Food is excellent and staff is very polite and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Comfortable stay and food is also good

Average hotel, this is the second time i have stayed in this hotel, bed linen was dirty and after our complaint they changed and i had to stand outside for half an hour. In breakfast no variety is there. Hotel need to work on this. Thanks

We didn't get any room there. They said you book your room by mistake. I harrase with my family members whole night. I want take leggale action againt who is responsible.

Overall good stay, only issue we faced was the pillows. It caused sever neck pain in the morning. Recommened.

Bad experience breakfast is not good and no test bad

Check experience was horrible. They said they did not had my booking details. Made us wait. Extra bed was put after repeated reminders at 10. 30 pm. We were 3 of us. Only two breakfasts were packed and given. Toilet flush was not working. Hot water was not hot enough.

the property was well situated in a very central location. with the nexus mall just across the road made it very convenient for me. the staff were friendly and very helpful. the room was neat and had a lovely view of the mall across the road. i definitely recommend this property for people to stay at as i will come back for sure. and most importantly the restaurant downstairs has some amazing dishes 😊

Very expensive but average quality food. Room service is slow

Nobody bother to provide water in room. No toothpaste brush was there in washroom. It was provided on demand. Which watt your tym. Somebody started knocking our door ealry in the morning which disturbed our sleep and spoil our whole stay in dnr.

Hotel staff, management and behavior of workers is full of respect and honor. It has a excellent management for rooms and washrooms. i had enjoyed by trip. Hotel added a lots of pleasure in my trip.
