The property recommend by the mmt & it's terrible. pls don't recommend these hotels. I spend money on your behalf but it's not good.

Hi MMT Team, I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. I am surprised that this property is on your panel, as the overall condition was very poor. The room, linen, and bathroom were in unacceptable condition. Considering the price range, I have previously stayed at much better properties. I would request you to review this property before continuing your tie-up.

Everything was good , food was good , staff was cooperative,price was very reasonable . It was a perfect stay

Absolutely paythic service. Untiedy rooms. AC dosent have temperature control, intercom not working. Only good thing is rooms are big and location is good. But younfind better hotels within a radius of 100mters

No one on reception so my check in was late ,I was waiting for 1 hour just for checking.After that they provide room which is out of order and i changed 2 room so total 3 room try but all are out of order No one bothered that I need help and no even asked me how I can manage . I asked for dental kit requirement at least 3-4 times but no one help in night,my room ac also was not working .Room was smelly.Washroom was not cleaned

room was spacious but no almirah or locker. food was good but kitchen was closed till 12 in the morning location was good AC was not working No hot water available No towels were provided on day 1 even after repeated requests Breakfast was provided in room and was below average felt like living in paid prison for 2days

Booked a deluxe room for 1 night. Washroom was unhygienic n full of stains. Shifted to a suite which proved to be horrendous. Lights kept flickering. Fan was making a peculiar sound. We are apprehensive date the fan might fall on us. Light went off 2-3times although power was there in the corridor space. We reported, initially the authority didnt pay a heed to all this and said there might be some minor glitch, nothing to worry about. After 12am, the wifi went off. From 6am-10:30am, again power went off in our room for atleast 4 times. We were in such a precarious situation that we could not charge our mobiles n laptop.

Terrible experience again, stinking washroom, No service in room n even in front desk, No breakfast given

Property not great unkept walls and fans horrible filthy linen cockroaches and nymph no hot water electric kettle not working washbasin tap leakages washroom always wet couldn’t think of food filthy environment inadequate lighting sofa torn and dirty kindly refund room tariff for misleading online

Very bad experience, no bucket for bath, shower not properly work, rat in ventilation whole night they disturbed, these rooms may be use for day time like oyoo, asked for bucket @ reception but they not show any interest

Worst hotel ever. Flithy rooms, cockroaches everywhere, dirty bathrooms, dirty smelling bed sheets. Service also very poor. If u ask something they say they are working on the issue but nothing happens. Total waste of money

Location is good. Room was spacious. Washroom was dirty. Linen used in the room was not so good. Staff was friendly.

The room was in terrible condition with cockroaches all around. The flow water water in bathroom taps flush toilet was dismal. I had fill a bucket of water and put it in the toilet seat to clean it. Breakfast is served in a dirty hall in the basement. The quality of breakfast was nothing short of terrible.

The stay was horrible. They will make you cry with their pathetic services. It took 2. 30 hours to deliver a towel. They took the breakfast order at 9:30 am and served at 11:15 am. These are just a few examples. I had a 3 day stay in this hotel and from day one to last day, service remained the same. It was a horrible experience.

This was the worst stay i had in my lifetime. The room was bad, stinky, water seepage on the walls, torn sofa, dirty bed sheet any more. I complained to the managent but to no use. Despite repeated calls they did not even respond.
