No facilities available . shower in washroom not working . bath tub water was so dirty . Bath tub water stoppage walve was not working

Location and distance shown (of 200mtr from golden temple) is absolutely faulty. Rooms would need some more amenities like tea maker etc. Staff was cordial and helpful

The bed sheets was not clean. Next day they changed bed sheet and that was not dry properly after they wash it was wet still we have taken there are lot off spots on bed sheets.

Room was good and staff were supportive. The only thing they need to improve is tv, you can only watch youtube. But definitely recommend. Great staff, 5mins walking from golden temple. And close to station as well.

The room was very neat and clean and the bedsheets and towels were also clean. Room was spacious. The improvement to be done is that they should provide dish tv connection and the bath room door was not getting closed.

This property does not even deserve a one star. The stay was terrible. The rooms and services were very bad. The staff was not at all supportive and did not provide the basic necessities. The working at the reception was very rude and they even charged us for the water bottles that they provided. We booked the deluxe room but the rooms are very small. Everything in the room like cupboards, washroom doors or even a soap dispenser is broken. The door locks are not working. I would highly recommend everyone not to book this property. Even after asking for a handwash they did not bother to provide us that for 3 days of our stay. Its the worst property that i had ever stayed in. Please do not book this as it’s definitely not worth the money that they are charging.

Location was exactly close to golden temple and jallianwala bagh. Hotel was not that big but very comfortable and cozy. For couple and family it's best place to stay. Staff was helpful.

They maintened full hygiene and staff was very active and service was very good and welcoming nature
