Very poor hotel ever bss dekhne mein hi acha hai aur kuchh bhi nii jabb book karwata tha toh breakfast included tha still they charged extra and breakfast toh buffet hota h inke pass hai hi ni menu mein sirf paranta aalo aur mix , toast, poha , omlette aur tea - coffee hai bss name ka hotel hai aur bhi such a waste of money

Good for family stay, good service, and always ready to help with mentality. The only point of concern is that the hotel is a little bit inside a gully and the rooms are not spaciousl. But still recommended for family wrt cleanliness and service. The highlight is that the hotel is located at a walkable distance to the golden temple and Jallianwala Bagh.

If you want to stay near Darbar sahib then you can surely opt for this property. It is just 5mins walk to shri darbar saahib (golden temple). Rooms are average in size, suitable for two people. Room and Washroom is clean and tidy. Bed linen and towel were fresh and clean. Kettle with complimentary tea and coffee sachets available. If you are taking your own vehicle then parking would be bit of hassle. And if you come by cab then during peak hours it is quite possible that they have drop you just outside the lane of property and you may have to walk 200-300 mtrs. Many eateries and shopping market available just at a 2 -3 mins walk. Checkin and checkout process was very smooth. Staff at reception were very polite, kind and attentive. Surely will come back to this property.

I had a fantastic stay at Elegance A Boutique Stay…The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Mr Gopal( Manager)who went out of his way to assist us.The breakfast was delicious..The location was perfect, just a short 5 min walk from Golden Temple. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again… Highly recommend….

the hotel ambience, rooms, service is amazing. I have been travelling frequently from last few years and usually i visit amritsar once in 3 months. but the kind of experience i had here was Amazing and incredible. The staff is so amazing and the hospitality was superb. If there would have been an option to give them stars i'll for sure give them 100 stars.The quality of food and tea was amazing. I want to specially mention the person sits in the reception (mr. Gopal). he was so humble and courteous. everytime we went to speak to him he was all smiles and courteous. we girls were travelling alone and at the time of checkout he specially came to ask if we need any auto or rickshaw till railway station as it was raining outside. i would for sure recommend this hotel to everyone and for sure booking the same hotel again in october as coming with family.

Nice property and rooms… we enjoyed alot… a 5 min walking distance to jallianwala bagh and golden temple….hall bazar is gud for shopping clothes and suits which is near to hotel @ about 10 min distance… overall nice stay

Nice stay ... Hotel was very near to golden temple and Jallianwala bagh.the rooms were very spacious and beautifully designed.. cleanliness was good.. the staff was very helpful.. would recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy the trip... Love to come again
