It was the most terrifying experience i ever had with any hotel booking app i juss made a booking 4 days prior and also made the payment so that i can have pleasant stay but at the last moment hotel denied that they haven't got any bookings yet and also the app was helpless

I stayed with my family and hotel room's are not cleaned even they don’t provide us any good facility. I ordered two cup of tea for me and my mom and the tea is terrible. I really don’t like the hotel and hotel staff is very unprofessional. Please explore before visiting to amaze in hotel amritsar.

No amenities, dirty linen, stinky washroom, no flush
This picture is only picture no reality. Room was stinky dirty pathetic. Linen was used. Its 4 degree Celsius but there was no blanket. Flush was not working it was broken pot. Bathroom looks burnt. Whole room was like a store room there are only one light. You should close these kind of property. It shows there is no quality check process in your system. Tell your senior management these kind of review.

Bad experience
Hotel is far from bus Station, cleaning is average, staff behavior not good, no proper room service, I had breakfast issues with hotel, over all not recommend

More than Worth for money, this is my fifth day in Amritsar in fifth hotel. Car parking area is very large. Service at hotel during knight is very cooperative
