Review Of Hotel Tamanna - 50 meter From Golden Temple

Bedsheets were dirty, cockroaches in the washroom, tv was not working, no place in the bathroom to place utensils, no cleaning of the room during our stay, mouse traces close to the entrance.

Location is on backside of darbar sahib. Closer to langal hall Decent hotel at around 1500 with breakfast. I would say 3 * overall rating

my father was very unhappy of services , TV not working ,no attention on customer request ,father requested for Daliya because he is BP patient but ignored. so worst experience

The room was good. Location was the best and food was best but not timely delivery the food.

Staff was very helpful but basic amenities lacked. Toilet faucet didn’t work. Bed sheets were dirty. Pillows had hair.

mattress is so poor & AC is not working well even TV Dth. is also not recharge I don't think so, that this hotel is worth according to the charges they take electricity cut AC is not working & we have to suffer for 2 hours

Shortage of staff and hygiene was the main concern during my stay with my family. We had to asked for every thing which was including in my hotel booking (like, tea and breakfast). Ambience was good with proper functional AC (even there was some glitch in electricity). Food was below than average.

FAcilities were not as per expectations, the rooms were not ready even at check in time. The toiletries were not present in the bathroom. Also there was a power cut at night for which we had to follow up. The approach was very casual.

First of all the name of the hotel is A star and not Tammana .Secondly they have a problem of communication. We checked in around 7:00 pm .due to train delay.We reached at Amritsar 6;00 pm.it took us 1:00 hr approx to reach at hotel due to no picking up of our call from their end.Next morning on 10th June, we followed their instructions to check out at 11:00 am.
