Don't look any further for a family stay option
Stayed for 4 nights on a family vacation,the twin double bed family room was just right to accommodate with ample space to move around.Centrally located hotel with all key tourist spots near by and within 10mins travel time.Food good have been better but overall a nice stay

Below Average
we stayed for 2 days and geysers were not working they provided us rod to warm to water with only one bucket. Need to ask everything like water, coffee, sugar which should be in room prior to check in. Overall below average , only good part is that it’s close to Golden Temple and connectivity is good.

Poor Stay
family with 2 kidscheckin wasn't good. I was put into a lower grade room initially. When I confronted they put me into the room I booked for. But again they put my guets into different room and not the city view one. They towels, bedsheets were very dirty. They don't provide any heating ssrvice. My parents were put into a room with no windows or balconies even though I paid for a city view room.

Excellent Stay
Awesome stay @ regalia grand by delight stay. Just 10 minutes away from golden temple. Staff was helpful. We are highly recommend this for your next stay in amritsar. Thanks to team regalia grand for making our stay comfortable.

Terrible Stay
Very rude staff, dirty rooms, dirty bed sheets and bad place. Very expensive

Service is poor. Not proper room cleaning done everyday. All breakfast items in menu are not available.

Poor Connectivity
Though the hotel is newly built and is clean. The connectivity with the other side of road is not that great (though is 1.5-2 KM from Golden Temple and falls on the other side of the road). The hotel has an arrangement to call for Auto or Rickshaw but they will charge ₹150 for one way to Golden Temple which is not reasonable compared to when we stay in Katra Ahluwalia where the charge ₹30 per person and you get multiple options. Also, the hotel staff we had to remind them multiple times to get the work done. The food taste is ok and options in Buffet is less.

The hotel amenities are very bad, toiletries were not there & even breakfast is not so good, i would not recommend anyone to stay there
