Bed sheets are not clean, we have to change the room, paint smell is on the complete floor it’s not good as before. We don’t want to stay next time.

1st time disappointed such a terrible property

I already have been there from for last to last time and it was comfortable last time but this time it is little difficult to be comfortable there because I have to check everything out every time and it was okay but it can be good maybe next time but I like to stay here only in service was good receptionist and the person who are attending us was actually nice, Thankyou.

Good place to stay if you are looking to stay near golden temple. Staff is nice and helpful when it comes to arranging commute.

The rooms are so clean and location is hardly 10 mtr near golden temple and staff is also very helpful

Extremely poor conditions of the room. Verh unhygienic bathrooms. Food served is also of bad quality

Small room, no facilities, it’s not a hotel its Dharamshala room only, sab kuch very low level, bad experience

The location is very good as it is close the Darbar sahib. However no taxis go till this location so you have to take an auto. And the worst of all things is that the room service is never answered no one ever answers the phone.

Genuine review is that I have previously also visited same hotel. Overall experience is 4/5. But things need to be improved are as follows: 1. Cleanliness in washrooms needed. 2. Quick room service is required, as you will get what you want but after several reminders. 3. Powdered Tea milk is an old package.
