Very pathetic service and dirty rooms .. Such a waste of money ,time , efforts and mental health.... We ordered tea three days ago and still on the way ...

Wonderful. Even midnight also, they provided the service. Room is clean. Geyser is available. As per the near. Blower and ac also available. Room service also available. It's beside the main road, well connected and easy to get transport.

Hotel location is very good staff behaviour is very polite and good hotel is look like five star hotels

Room was not ready when we arrived despite of informing them a day before our arrival, we have to wait 30 minutes for our room and after that also room floor was fully wet when we stepped in. No towels were provided until asked for. Room was too noisy, whole night some weird noise was coming like some kind of pump or compressor is running. Due to this couldn’t sleep.

Hotel washrooms are not that clean. Not providing ro water unnecessary forcing to buy mineral water bottles which is 3 time price

I did not even stay! drastic. Did not provide booked room, gave other two bad foul smelling heated rooms. Poor acs. Bad odur. Dirty sheets. Rude staff. Irresponsible director. Make my trip also did not help. Poor customer service.

The rooms are dirty and stinky staff is horrible. The room service takes it's own sweet time very very dirty property

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

The stay was really good, the room was perfect, price was budget friendly, the service was really really nice and the people over there put a cherry on cake to your stay. We loved it❤️
