Good location. Friendly staff. Quick service. Food and breakfast is just Ok not great as per price. The bathroom smells a bit (no exhaust) Good for travellers travelling for a day or two.

Good Stay
500 mtr distance from Golden Temple. Three wheeler, four wheeler easily available in front of the hotel. Linens were clean. Bathroom was clean with adequate toiletries. Staff were professional. Restaurant offered very good food with reasonable pricing. Family Room size was very small. AC remote was not available. Only yellow light were there in the room. No white light in the room. Overall stay though not excellent but was very good .

Average Stay
The food was average. I opted for the breakfast buffet, but the variety was quite limited and refills took longer than expected. Additionally, I had to repeatedly remind the staff between 4 PM and 10 PM just to get bath towels

Temple Visit with Famil
Landmark Hotel offers a great location near the Golden Temple and a good, affordable restaurant with helpful staff. However, my stay was significantly impacted by lukewarm water in the shower, missing towels after daily cleaning, daily key deactivations, and a smelly washroom. While the location and restaurant are positives, the poor basic amenities make it hard to recommend without significant improvements.

Good Stay
All good apart from the dust which was there on the side tables, centre table and almiras. I even asked to clean it but no one adressed the issue. Otherwise the staff, from reception to housekeeping to room service was excellent

Horrible stay
Pathetic and horrible property. I booked this after reading the reviews but the experience was totally opposite. Rude and arrogant management. Irresponsible staff. No cleanliness, no amenities Even the Deluxe Room size is as small as a matchbox. No refrigerator no exhaust fan no ventilation no toiletries nothing. They say breakfast is complimentary and in that if you just ask them to toast a bread they ask you 50 Rs extra.. just for simple toasting in the toaster. No daily housekeeping. Dirty linens and bed.

Room supose to be superior but got very small on check in . No towels were provided . Didnt get tea from room service even after asking few times . Really good front desk staff for sure

Excellent stay
Landmark hotel is very near to Golden temple. The service was really good. They even gave an extension for our checkout as we had a kid with us. I would highly recommend this if you are planning to stay near to Golden temple

Poor service quality
familyWhen we reached the hotel, the towels are not available. Even though, we asked to give us them, enough towels were not available. On next morning, the towels didn’t come to us neither. They didn’t share our claim between them at all.
