Review Of Hotel Holy City

I booked a super deluxe room ..but they provided me deluxe room ....I request don't suggest this property to family

Very good reception and service provided to us. All staff are well behaved and polite.Location is good

this Holy city hotel is located in 2 mins walkable distance to Golden temple. hotel is okay for overnight stay with good food nearby and visiting temple is very easy. room should offer heating in winter season as it gets cold during winter season.

TV was not working Soap is not provided No Proper lights No room fresher extra bed was so dirty

Even after being issued with the booking tariff, hotel denied check in, saying that the hotel is full. Had to get another hotel from mmt. Mmt was very helpful in getting another hotel in near vicinity.

Great Location, Just 2 min walking distance from Golden Temple, 5 min from Jalianwala Bagh. The Hotel Is Good , Reasonable, Very Co-operative Staffs. Great Stay. Go for it without any hesitation.

It is behind the golden temple, very narrow roads no cabs go directly to the hotel. Hotel staffs are also confused they didn’t guide properly for the route. Better to opt in-front of the main entrance of gurudwara.

The Hotel service was so poor . They didn't have soaps in the room ...no air freshner ... For food services at all.. they give a specific no. For reception and food services..but when i call on that numbers ..they didn't take the call . I hv to go everytime on thier reception for the things i need... Services was so late n poor 🤐 room was good but their bedsheets are not clean.

Room condition good and clean. But a/c is not working properly and not cooling. Landline phone was not working.

No electricity up to the mark. Fan issue, light issue, no lift

The ac was not working at all. There was no parking provided even though it was mentioned. Also the staff didn't treated the guests properly without any further solutions to inconvenience caused by them. Poor stay at this place. Pathetic and dirty
