I won't give even 2 stars to this property, worthless.

Hotel Basera is a nice place to stay if you are going with family or friends, staff behaviour is good and have parking area. Close to Golden temple

Very neat and clean Hotel and very good service

No immediate light backup. Broken room locks slow service. Built in banquet rooms.

Room was very clean and spacious. We booked a deluxe room n it was very clean n the most fan is tea. I felt like m having tea at my home, very genuine and comfortable staff. Overall nice stay.

They didn't give ac remote said they have only one to operate all ACs . No bottled water. No tea cattle in room. No tea can be ordered before 8.15 am as cook joins kitchen at 8 am. Complimentary breakfast option is aloo paratha with curd that too very bad, I just had one bite and left over. No chair in room. Cable TV irritating.

Hotel staff did not offer me room, as no room was available. I am very disappointed and feeling harassed.

Hotel refused to turn air conditioning on.

I was charged extra for room even after confirmation received through MakeMyTrip.
I booked the room through MakeMyTrip which was confirmed but after reaching hotel, receptionist said that room is not available and I have to pay extra for confirmed booking. This is ridiculous.

I has good atmosphere and architecture. Housekeeping and cleaning has standard.

The hotel is conveniently located at Queens road, Golden Temple is nearby so is railway station and bus stand. The quality of room is satisfactory but overall hotel quality is average. If you are a food lover and believe that Amritsar is famous for food then this hotel food will not satisfy you. Quality of food needs improvement. Also, there was marriage party and there was so much so noise till late at night. They did not even bother to ask if my needs to be cleaned. I would rate it average.

The hotel and services were satisfactory. The breakfast was not served in time as they had some problem with the cook, its fine.

The location is good. The room was extremely small and cramped. It is recommended to hop over to Hotel Orchid next door for restaurant services.
