Very nice hotel good service and great view of swimming pool.. rooms were very up to the mark and food was tasty service staff and were very cooperative to us

The moment I arrived at the hotel, I was disappointed. The main entrance itself looked terrible — the walls were damp and stained. When I checked the rooms, there was a strong, unpleasant smell of dampness everywhere, the paint was peeling off the walls, and the bathroom had spider webs hanging in the corners. The next morning, I went for breakfast, and it was a complete disaster. The fruits were not fresh at all; flies were sitting on them, and the staff didn’t seem to care. The food was cold and tasteless. Even on the following day, the situation was exactly the same. To make things worse, there was no proper mirror in the room for getting ready — the only mirror available was inside the bathroom. The actual condition of the hotel was nowhere close to what was shown in the photos on MakeMyTrip. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfortable stay and the staff was very cooperative and supportive, the only challenges I faced was the exteriors of the hotel where a-lot of dust in the air.

Property was good but its different from the pictures shown on MMT -- moreover washroom having problems like water leakage and there is very limited lights in the room

I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience during my stay. The hospitality was below expectations, as the staff seemed unresponsive and uninterested in addressing guests’ concerns. The quality of food served was very poor, lacking freshness and proper presentation. Moreover, the room was not cleaned properly; the floor and washroom were dirty, and basic amenities were missing. I had expected better standards of cleanliness and service from your property. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training, hygiene, and service improvements to provide guests with a more comfortable and pleasant stay in the future.

Hotel was average. It had smell of damp which the hotel informed was due to recent heavy rains. The main disadvantage was the location. It’s very far from the city and you have to travel a lot for anything.

The service/facilities was poor, and the rooms was not comfortable to stay as there was no lock on the room main door for which have to ask for master key each time to get unlocked, AC remote was not working, TV was not working and the variety of food in the breakfast was also few.After 1 day the lift was also not working which cause physical exertion as have to reach to the room by staircase.

I booked Escala only for swimming pool. It was maintained well. Food served was good with varities. Staff is very cooperative. Balcony is missing.

We stayed here for its proximity to our work location. Resonable hotel. Situated on a main road, in a petrol pump, but the navigation took us somewhere else. So, if anyone is going here, keep in mind that it is located on main road and Petrol Pump is the landmark

Extremely good size of room, food was pretty much decent with very good quantity. The staff was highly supportive and friendly. All in all exceptional value for money

Accommodation is wonderful with plenty of room space, kids enjoyed a lot as swimming pool is good. Location is little bit far from golden temple but ok for those who want to stay away from hustle bustle of traffics. Suggested them for improving the breakfast.
