Poor Stay
The service/facilities was poor, and the rooms was not comfortable to stay as there was no lock on the room main door for which have to ask for master key each time to get unlocked, AC remote was not working, TV was not working and the variety of food in the breakfast was also few.After 1 day the lift was also not working which cause physical exertion as have to reach to the room by staircase.

Nic stay.
I booked Escala only for swimming pool. It was maintained well. Food served was good with varities. Staff is very cooperative. Balcony is missing.

We stayed here for its proximity to our work location. Resonable hotel. Situated on a main road, in a petrol pump, but the navigation took us somewhere else. So, if anyone is going here, keep in mind that it is located on main road and Petrol Pump is the landmark

Excellent Stay
Extremely good size of room, food was pretty much decent with very good quantity. The staff was highly supportive and friendly. All in all exceptional value for money

Nice stay
Accommodation is wonderful with plenty of room space, kids enjoyed a lot as swimming pool is good. Location is little bit far from golden temple but ok for those who want to stay away from hustle bustle of traffics. Suggested them for improving the breakfast.

worst experience of my lif
This property is horrible...we had our worst experience...The services are terrible. We booked suite room here but when we checked in they offered us deluxe room and when we resist to that they told us to wait for some time (literally 1 hour) and after that they again offered a different room from our booking. The pool view which they are showing is not accesible for guests as they take booking for private parties over there.....then they don't allow you to sit in restaurant if some party is going on and also you will not get any buffet even if you booked for that....leave that they will not provide even tea on time....in total booking this property means wastage of money and spoiling your happy moments.....i will strongly recommend not to book this property as it is just behind (not even 10 meter distance) petrol pump...there is no parking space, you have to park your vehicle on petrol pump only......It's very very unsafe.......

Good hotel for vacation, pool party not suitable for working professional. Dinner arrangment according to pool party guests not according to gusts. Dinner time not fixed. Overall good hotel to stay here. Gym and saloon facility available.

Disappointed stay
pathetic stay. drainage system was very bad in washroom. rooms were smelly and can't say anything about the blankets and carpets in the room . We booked for two days and paid in advance but we left after one day and shifted to another property. Moreover, it's out of city, convenience problem was there. No dental kit ,bathroom kit was available, no room service, reception number always not reachable

outside the amritsar.service was very poor.we booked hotel after looking swimming pool facility,but they haven't given access to swimming pool as they use to book it only for pool party for outsider not for tourist. breakfast not provided as kitchen not starting before 8:30 -9:00 am. room service was very poor.we ordered for two cup of tea ,they provided only one cup tea that was also one hr after the order placed.room was dirty .l would like to give 0 star if I have option.not recommended . we have to vacate the hotelone day earlier ,as we doesn't wants to be more mentally torchred.Also not recommend to do booking after this experience. It was an horrible stay in this hotel.we booked after looking swimming pool facility,but they use to organise only pool party for outsiders,gym user ..not available for hotel resident.so we haven't got any access to pool inspite paying for swimming pool.breakfast not available before 9:00 am so we haven't gotit also .we ordered for two cup of tea in hotel, we received one cup of tea after one hr by repeated reminders.toilet was not clean.we paid for the property.not recommend this property even for 1000/ day.disappointed with also as they don't have quality check before recommending a property .I need refund of my money.

Not recommend
property wasn't maintained, it tooks multiple follow-ups with Hotel members for basic room amenities. food - average (not much options). property cost much higher than they provide accommodation !

Very disappointed experience
I had a very poor experience during my recent stay. I requested dinner and was told the buffet would start at 10:30 PM because a group of 15 people had a pool party scheduled at that time. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional, especially for regular guests. I also had an early morning train at 8:00 AM, and when I requested a packed breakfast, the staff refused, saying breakfast would only be available after 8:30 AM. I had to skip breakfast, which was supposed to be included in my booking. What shocked me the most was when I asked for a dental kit, and they said they didn’t have one. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to not provide such a basic amenity. Overall, I found the service highly disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to others.
