Hotel Sarpal's Castle

Terrible hotel. Please dont book. 1. Rooms ar as big as a match box 2. Very very filthy situation, we were very tire hence didn't hv the energy to change or else we wool hv. 3. Staff is very rude and unhelpful rather they behave like they not even being paid so repeatedly refused our cleaning requests. 5. The bathroom was a nightmare with no proper exhaust system and the room being so small it was horrible. 6. The sheets had stasis all over.

Room was small, shower holder was broken, every time you has to ask for ac switch on and water heater on although you paid for it in advance, staffs doesn't smile not feel welcome. Only positive thing it's located near rail station

It was costly

Stay was comfortable and pleasant near or opposite to amritsar railway station hot water was available

room area short tv not working condition no sitting area in the room washroom not good condition wifi not available. very bad experience of this hotal with me

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life, dirty room, very unhigenic, mosquito, ants, spiders all were there in the room. No soap provided in washroom, television not working. Simply never stay in this hotel, you will regret.

Tv was not working. Cleaning was not up to the mark. No bed was provided for 3rd person
