horrible experience in billing. Updated incorrect GST in the bill ,once highlighted asked to wait 30 min.. once 30 minutes over, next excuse came, bill will be sent over email. it's more than 24 hours bill not received despite advance payment...

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was courteous and polite. The property was well maintained and clean. The only thing lacking was that the AC in the room was not working as expected and was not able to cool the room properly.

The stay was actually very good. The main highlight was the staff. The location of the property is near to the Railway station. The food served was delicious.

Excellent Stay
My stay was in Fairfield by JW Mariott, Amritsar. My experience was amazing, luxurious and friendly. The staff was polite and helpful. The property is located bery near to railway station. The food was yummy and delicious.

The locafion is not bad . transport is easily available outside hotel. Staff is courteous. But there were issues with room. the ac was not working initially , then the elevator was not working for sometime. Slow service. We felt te service was below the marriott standard

Pleasant stay in heart of Amritsar
We stayed in this property for 2 nights. The biggest asset of this hotel is its team. Staff is very nice and one experiences the typical Punjabi hospitality. Since it was the independence weekend, we could relish a sumptuous buffet spread. Food is REALLY good. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Adding some more elevators will add to experience as current cars are small and one has to wait for longer duration All in all a stay well worth the money and is recommended.

Excellent location for short family vacation esp elderly and kids
Excellent location - very close to railway station and centrally located. EV charging station and hospital in the same campus is a great USP for this property. Food and hospitality was also excellent. Breakfast spread is good. Swimming pool was also clean and operational. Transport and cab service very efficient and timely. Took constant follow ups on arrivals or local visits to ensure guests are comfortable. Room size was very good.

One of the best hotels in Amritsar.Very near to Railway Station and Highway.Staff is very good Specialy Head Chef Mr.Sumit taking care of all our breakfast and dinner menus and Hospitality.

Location was a little out of way. Food was very good. Amenities were just about adequate. Service was good. The ac were not working well. That needs to be looked I to. And calling reception for assistance with things didn’t help because no one came to assist

I visited Amritsar for a very special occasion, and the team at Fairfield by Marriott left no stone unturned in making it truly memorable. From the Front Office team (I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name—maybe Ashish 🥲), everything from check-in to car transfers was handled smoothly and professionally. The F&B team was absolutely amazing: • Manorama, thank you for being such a warm and welcoming host. • Asif, your specially curated wheat kulcha was a thoughtful surprise! • Rajan and Ajay, your genuine involvement during breakfast and dinner made the dining experience so much more personal and enjoyable. • Gaurav, the simple yet elegant PDR setup added a lovely touch to our evening. A very special mention to Ms. Lovely (FOM)—thank you for going out of your way to print a heartfelt letter I wanted to give to my wife, using beautiful fonts without me even having to ask. It meant a lot. Fairfield isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. And for me, it was a truly beautiful one. I will definitely be back and won’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. The only downside was the room—there was an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout the stay, despite multiple applications of air freshener. That’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.
