Location: Far from Golden Temple. Had to hire e-rickshaws for every trip.
Food: Below average. Cockroaches were there in the restaurant near the breakfast buffet on all 3 days. Food tastes very average.
Staff: Was polite and decent. Housekeeping was prompt but room cleaning had to be requested everyday.
Amenities: Nothing fancy.
Service: Had to keep following up for airport pick for a group booking of 6 guests given that the billing was almost 25,000/- but no response came.

I wanted to share my recent experience at the Western Plus hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast was unhygienic, the gym facilities were poorly maintained, and the AC in my room didn't work all night. It seems there might be a lack of proper checks on hotel management.
Additionally, I noticed there are no direct contact details provided for addressing hotel issues, which is quite frustrating. My stay caused both financial loss and mental stress due to these problems. Can you assure me that future bookings will be better managed?

The rooms stinked with water seepage. There was no hot water available for shower even after calling at the reception more than 3 times. There was no cold water to drink and was asked to “blink it” cold water by the reception. The breakfast was mediocre. Overall, It was a very dull and bad experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Amritsar. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and the comfort of the bed – perfect after a long day of exploring the city.
One of the best parts of the stay was the food. The in-house restaurant served delicious local and international dishes, and the breakfast buffet was generous and varied. I also enjoyed the serene ambiance of the rooftop area, offering a beautiful view of the city.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the Golden Temple and other major attractions, which made sightseeing extremely easy. The front desk staff were also helpful with arranging transport and giving local recommendations.
