AMAZING PLACE TO STAY WITH THE FAMILY AWAY FROM HUSH HUSH OF THE AMRITSAR CITY.MASSIVE ROOMS .NICE TASTY FOOD AND MOST IMPORTANT VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL STAFF. THIS WAS MY 2 ND VISIT TO THIS PLACE WITH MY FAMILY . THEY NEED TO WORK ON CLEANING OF THE PREMISES AND MAINTENANCE WORK ALL AROUND THE SADDA PIND COMPLEX

Property was excellent food was Good rooms always refreshing Everything went smooth

The room was not good. Bad order. TV is not working. No water in washroom in night. They denied my room change request.

Staff at counter at Amritsar airport didn't have knowledge about how to take infant boarding pass...took 35 mins to go through, Smaranjit Sarkar was too arrogant n didn't offer any facility that i was entitled as Platinum Maharaja club member, no priority tags were out other than my baggage, though we were 2 children,1 infant n 8 adults... Also had audacity to say that go n complain..this is my name. Gave cell number of airport staff... In protest i refused to take Lounge passes, they were smiling, sarcastically... What more you need ...the humiliation one can go through

Excellent service food, staff is really helpful. we had a break fast and makke ki Roti with sarso ka saag. Room was very clean with traditional touch of Punjab.

Rooms were awesome and depict rural theme in urban look. Games and aura of the Saada Pind is itself beautiful and make this place a must go. Food options became limited for us as we stayed for 2 nights. Also, rooms are little far from parking, hence senior citizens would either need to go via wheel chair and for those who don't prefer wheel chair like my mother would have to walk everytime if you need to visit other places in Amritsar. May be in near future they can have battery rickshaw only for those living in the rooms.

It was a great experience. The place was very clean. The servicing staff were prompt and well behaved. Rooms were quite large and spacious. A must visit place for all.

First thing first. The stay is inside the village and you get to visit all attractions for free. The location is great as this is on the outskirts of Amritsar. This is on the road that leads to Wagah Border. There’s plenty of parking available inside. We booked the deluxe room and found it to be quite large. There provided 2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 towel for the floor. Also the usual: tea, coffee, toiletries by Biotique, 2 litre water, etc. The service was quite commendable and included on table butler service for dinner and breakfast. The only things we didn’t like: the bathroom was neat and clean but there was a foul smell which I had to complaint about. Overall, our stay was comfortable and value for money. We will definitely be staying there again when our family visit from abroad.

Sadda pind is located on the bypass which is quite far from the main city but considering the ambience distance is not an issue. Food is awesome. It seems like you have come to a real village. My family enjoyed being at sadda pind

Had a good experience at the resort. Found the reception staff good and active. Room was good. The resort tried to create a village atmosphere at the resort. All of them were created very close to each other. Had it been spread out it would have created a better experience. The folk dances in a hall were good. Had timings been announced for such programmes, it would attract better crowds. And the time should be 30’mins in each a lot for better attention. The compering was in punjabi. It could have been mixed with hindi too. Fun games were very limited and the required atmosphere around that is not created. It was too minimalist. The baazigar programme, the puppet show were quite minimal and were not making the impact. They were expecting tips at each show which should be avoided. Dinner for residents had a good spread but a few authentic punjabi dishes should be in the menu to create the experience. The breakfast was good. Spread had mix of different types of items. Staff there was quite active and hospitable. They were quite quick too and eager to serve. The room rent appeared expensive for the facilities available. General cleanliness need improvement in few pockets. A farming plot could have been developed which would have added to the experience. Providing direction boards would have added to the convenience. A shop has been kept right in midst of the other “houses” which is not gelling well. A shop selling ethnic items could have been kept in the premises. Some of the houses like zamindar house is not having any visitor as the artists there are waiting for the visitors to perform and visitors are not visiting since there is no performance there. Overall experience is good but could be better

Comfortable stay with amazing hospitality. A lot of things to do, amazing ambience and culture display. Artistic resort with good food and people.
