The rooms were near and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Didn't like the rooms without windows. The food could have been better.

great place to stay
It is a well kept place. Wi-Fi wasn’t working on 2nd and 3rd floors but I think it is temporary issue. It still deserves 5 stars for everything else. Thank you. Another tiny little thing to report, 208 phone receiver is not working but only speaker. Thank you. I am looking forward to visiting again.

disappointing experience
Very pathetic, second I asked to hotel employees to clean room however they didn’t change bed sheet pillow cover once I reached late evening than again requested to them to change however in initial stage they told me that whole staff were changed than I showed one day before stain on sheet then they were agree to change bed sheet or pillow cover, wash room body wash pump not working however no one interested to take care of it. Finally they changed me 4 hundred something for snacks which was laying in room or no one informed me about it, they were agree that was mistake that hotel staff not informed me but they force me to pay. Horrible experience for me. I need that amount to be refund me back.
