Property location is very good Darbar sahib is easily approachable from the Property Hotel staff behavior is very good

Room is small. Beds are 5X5 but during booking it shows king size. No living room available. Staff are polite

no hot water no hygienic if you're asking anything they will say NO.

The venue is amazing, the staff is very helpful and kind. The room is neat and clean. The location of this hotel makes it even more amazing as it is in front of the Harmandir Sahib which makes the travel more convenient for my parents

The property seems to be newly built and well maintained, very near to the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh and Partition Museum. The staff is very co-operative and friendly. Like the stay though it doesn’t provide Lunch and Dinner and rooms are a bit crampy, but for a couple of days it’s good

Worst property ever first of all just before we were allotted our room the person who checked out before us complained about the leakage in toilet seat then also we were allotted the same room with that same problem i reconfirmed it with the staff is toilet seat is working properly he assured us that it is but in reality it was not. when i complained about it there so unprofessional manager told me that if i want other room then i have to pay more money because there was no room available of that category and i was told to bring my luggage on my own to the lobby he was so rude. Along with that shower in the room was not working properly. The worst part was when i was told to leave that room by the manager and bring my luggage on my own that too in so arrogant attitude

Excellent Place to stay for short duration in terms of access to the Golden Temple (just a couple of minutes walk), cleanliness, hospitality & cost. We enjoyed our stay & got the value of money spent.

Hotel is maximum 50 steps away from golden temple, very good view from rooms and terrace, location is near to golden temple so auto/ taxi demand more money to drop or give excuses that taxi will not go there but you need to be very clear about drop while hiring taxi or e rickshaw they will drop you on hotel and if agree with them they will drop you some other place and you have to walk for 5-10 min. Kitchen is not working nowdays so you need to take food from outside however tea coffee will be arranged . Room are small in size but worth as you are very near to golden temple and have a view from hotel

location is good, very close to golden temple. experience was OK with few positives and few negatives. positives: rooms are good. staff supportive. negative: torn bedsheets were given. I booked 3 rooms, one room AC was not working. wifi was also not proper. we could not use TV for two days. they didn't change the bedsheets too daily.

Nice staff ,rooms are neat and clean nearest to golden temple

The staff was very friendly , rooms though small were clean. We enjoyed homestyle breakfast a lot. The golden temple can be seen from the front facing rooms.

It was pleasent tour to amritsar and hotel indus is good stay due to service and it close proximity to temple

The room is a cramped space not fit for double bed accommodation. No facility for providing lunch or dinner. The length of the bed was so short that legs remained outside the bed and thereby disturbing sleep.

Had an amazing three day stay with super hygienic rooms and staff was very helpful

This hotel is opposite the Glden Temple and close to good shopping and restaraunts. The room is n ot large but adequate. My room had a large window some rooms do not have a window. My only complaint is that the window is not openable so there is no oportunity to get some fresh air, I had to leave the room door open when the room got a bit stuffy. The staff were good and attentive to any requests.

The room was ok but the taps in bathrooms were not working properly. The staff was cooperative.

The ac was not working, and the shower was leaking. The reception is taking commission from the car, which we hired. Not approachable by ca, need to walk a very lo g distance carrying luggage's

The indus hotel is perfectly situated less than 3 minutes walk from the golden temple. Breakfast is served in the rooftop restaurant which overlooks the golden temple itself. Room was clean, tea coffee and fridge. Good value for the room rate.

Pathetic experience, please do not book this hotel ever. Their rooms were unhygienic and had bed bugs. We changed three rooms and all had bed bugs. We saw bugs moving on bed and their comforter.. We did not stay there even for one night and had to check out immediately. We had booked three rooms for 2 nights and all our money got wasted. After seeing the condition of rooms, we had to leave immediately and book another hotel which costed us so much.
