It was good to stay there.. I will again stay there in future

The booked was not available upon arrival. The room was extremely small for 4 guests. The pipe in the washroom was broken and the TV connection was not on.

Nice stay and experienced good hospitality.

It's a great experience just 2-5 minutes walking distance from the hotel to the golden temple and 10 min to Jaliyavlaa bhag. but it's difficult to reach the place.

A crawling cockroach, garbage underneath the bed, dirty/stained linens and cushions (we were told they are washed, but the stains don’t go away, and we were denied when we asked them to change the bedding), and an abrupt knock at the door by the staff early in the morning at 4:45 to ask if we had two AC remotes in the room made the experience disappointing and unpleasant.

not clean at all.. very difficult to stay with family.. washroom bucket was too bad.. but he said nothing can be done

I was searching hotel near by golden temple. I found this hotel as ok and budget friendly. If you have budget constraints you can opt for this. Overall ok hotel

There is no ventilation in the rooms. Rooms are quite clean.

Breakfast choice was limited, but excellent food and great customer service. This is owner managed property so they are very keen to honor customers requests and comfort.
