Very good service and very good hotel

very nice room and neat clean very near to golden temple

It's a great experience just 2-5 minutes walking distance from the hotel to the golden temple and 10 min to Jaliyavlaa bhag. but it's difficult to reach the place.

A crawling cockroach, garbage underneath the bed, dirty/stained linens and cushions (we were told they are washed, but the stains don’t go away, and we were denied when we asked them to change the bedding), and an abrupt knock at the door by the staff early in the morning at 4:45 to ask if we had two AC remotes in the room made the experience disappointing and unpleasant.

not clean at all.. very difficult to stay with family.. washroom bucket was too bad.. but he said nothing can be done

Very calm full stay over there helpful l staff loved to visit again the room was very neat and tidy. Room was average not cleaned properly

The place was good but the housing keeping items are not new they all look used alot. Service was good by arshdeep

There is no ventilation in the rooms. Rooms are quite clean.

Breakfast choice was limited, but excellent food and great customer service. This is owner managed property so they are very keen to honor customers requests and comfort.
