Within our 13 days tour this hotel had the best hospitality. It is completely value for money, the worth of the rooms are more than what they charge for and the staff is very welcoming, cooperative and sweet. They help you with whatever you ask for and do their best to serve you. It is also very close to the golden temple which is another perk.

We stayed in hotel om sai for 3 days and it was a wonderful experience. Staff was co-operative and sweet. Even they provided commute from hotel to railway station. We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

I traveled with my parents (60+) and had a very peaceful and comfortable stay -3N, 2D pros: close to the golden temple, spacious room ( we booked family room, personally found the tariff nominal ), hot and cold water (24/7), room service (24/7, we reached the property at 10 and got hot teas and dinner delivered at our room), power backup, window with natural light (this was my. favorite side of the room). Good wifi ( could easily go through my Instagram feeds while parents were busy on YouTube), Slippers and door mat (near bathroom), room was well insulated/the razzayi they provide is good we survived low temperatures (10-14°C) without any problem, Tour/ cab service through hotel- visited attari wagah border, and had a pleasant experience at a reasonable price. cons: no elevator (they help you with luggage, however if you're traveling with a person who has trouble climbing the stairs then this might not be the best choice), the aisle is tricky to navigate (thankfully, we got a thoughtful uber driver who took us to the very entry of the hotel), TV has only local channels ( can get a bit boring)
