The staff is warm and courteous it was a good stay.The hotel is close to the langar gate which makes it most convenient specially when you are visiting Golden temple darshan only.

The room was full of cockroaches and the bedsheets were having dirty stain . The towel was red stain on it . At the end I have to book another hotel for my stay . I want refund for the amount I have paid for this hotel . If u allow me I can share the photos of the room with cockroach and stained bedsheets . Worst experience.

Dear Harjinder aulakh I am eagerly waiting for your review It's really the worst experience for me too to attend you , check in at 6:00 am n request just for bath n make check in just check out room n then threatening receptionist I am leaving and asked Make my trip to refund . Sir please don't make false reviews just for your irrigation and on the other hand a single cockroach comes with your bag n the second one in your bag when the waiter attends your room . Please note down our check in time n guests like you teach us a lesson that don't do humanity just do our duty n never co-operate with that person who makes requests n starts threatening after his need Regards Team Grand victory

Stay was good, but food was horrible

Location wise it is very near to golden Temple. Just 3 min to reach the temple. All the amenities are there in the hotel. To me one Almiragh is required in every two bedded room. Room is neat and clean. Staff behavior are also very good. Although the size of the room is small still it is ok for two persons. The most important things needs to be required is the food. Since the hotel doesn't have any kitchen all the foods are coming from nearby restaurant. We have opted breakfast with our stay, but the foods they gave us is just horrible. Very few options for food are available with them. I request the owner not to add the complimentary breakfast in the booking as it misguided us very lot. All my money in the food is wastage to me. Please look this matter.

the location of the Hotel is quite apt for a visit to Golden temple, however the stay is not worth the Money! The room was very small, there was no AC working, due to a power outage, which remained for 5-7 hrs at night and you will see Ants crawling in your entire room+ washroom.
