the property is located at residential area, easy to reach. Rooms are spacious and clean. everything was working properly. staff is polite and helpful, Muzzammal was at reception to look after he is very helpful. I had breakfast included and the chef makes delicious food, must try veg biryani .overall it was nice experience to stay in this hotel.

It was a peaceful l stay. Room and washroom are well equipped, facilities are good with full satisfaction. Room service is to be improved not attending properly. We were looking for a quick getaway to celebrate our anniversary and ended up choosing this place because of its great location and the multi-cuisine restaurant—and I’m so glad we did! The food was absolutely amazing, and the rooms were super neat and comfortable. What really made it special was the little surprise they helped me plan for my wife—they decorated the room so sweetly, and even arranged a complimentary cake for us. It honestly meant a lot. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and their warmth and hospitality truly stood out. We had such a wonderful time, and I’d 100% stay here again if we’re ever back in Amritsar

Our stay at the hotel was unexpectedly a great experience. The room was quit spacious, more than expected, impeccably clean, and had the luxurious vibe close to a five-star property, including a modern and generously sized bathroom. The restaurant food was excellent, full of flavours and variety. What stood out the most was the staff’s behaviour—going out of their way to arrange baby food for us after midnight. A highly recommended hotel and restaurant, that I would love to return.
