I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience during my recent stay at Ramee Collextion.
At check-in, I was allotted a twin-bed room, even though my booking clearly mentioned a King Bed. The front desk staff, Ms. Damanpreet Kaur, informed me that I would need to pay an additional ₹1000 for a King Bed — which was completely unjustified since the same was already included in my booking. Only after contacting support and your team’s intervention did the hotel finally provide the correct room.
Later that evening, my wife needed to get ready for a family wedding, but the mirror lights were not working. but was told that “nothing can be done now” as no technician was available. They even said I could change the room the next morning, despite knowing that I was checking out the next morning, which made no and added to our .
