I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel.
Before making my booking, I specifically called the hotel to confirm if early check-in would be possible. During the call, I clearly mentioned that I needed the room only for a short stay of about 3 hours, from 11:45 AM to 3:00 PM, mainly to freshen up. Your staff confirmed and assured me that this would not be a problem. Based on this confirmation, I proceeded to book the room.
However, when I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 AM, I was informed that no rooms were available and was asked to wait for an hour. Eventually, I was only given a room at 1:00 PM. This completely defeated the purpose of my booking, since I needed the room for a short stay before my next commitment.
If there were no free rooms available, this should have been communicated to me when I called at 10:00 AM to confirm. Clear and honest communication is essential, and this experience has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure that such miscommunication does not happen with future guests. I would also appreciate appropriate compensation for the inconvenience I faced.
