"Great stay!" The hotel is beautiful, the cleanliness is perfect, the room has everything you need, the bed is comfortable royal !!! the breakfasts and dinner were delicious . The staff is super polite, Thank you very much rested as in a fairy tale !!!!

Terrible Experience at Kazan Hospitality – Avoid at All Costs! I booked a hotel room at Kazan Hospitality and while the room was decent, the service was absolutely pathetic. We were traveling with a child and ordered food around 10 PM. What followed was a nightmare—multiple calls, repeated visits to the reception, and still no food until 11:45 PM! The staff was completely indifferent, showing zero urgency or concern. To make things worse, the manager was nowhere to be found, leaving no one accountable for this disaster. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you’re expecting even basic hospitality, stay far away from this place!
