Good hotel, Nice location, excellent room. Food was good but very costly. There were rain water ingress inside the room no- 611 through glass window.

Not good hospitality
Am not satisfied with hospitality of hotel. No one took our baggage to room. And no one guide to room. Totally not met expectations

pathetic experience
First food quality is pathetic , breakfast buffet had very limited options and i had to make extra payment for just 2 hours of extra stay also executive at reception were not welcoming ,not recommended for future stay

Best for Family
I have been coming here since 2017 but after Covid I came to stay again. The same feel, everything was the same as before.The best and most perfect place in all of Amritsar. The staff and room service are even better.

AC was not effective
AC of room no 406 was not effective. We made a complaint but AC was not effective, although they told us that they will change the room. But once settled in one room , it becomes complicated and uneasy for guest to change the room. It must be the duty of Hotel Staff to check all gadgets beforehand please.
