Disappointing Experience at Holiday Inn
I regret to say that my recent stay at Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I expected from a reputed 5-star establishment.
To begin with, I contacted room service regarding the dry snacks that are usually provided in the room and are chargeable, as they were missing. I specifically requested two items from the snack list, but unfortunately, nothing was delivered.
The following day, I asked for some utensils to be sent to the room. This request, too, was ignored without any explanation or follow-up.
Furthermore, during checkout, I requested our dinner bill multiple times. Despite asking three times, the staff was unable to provide it. I even suggested that if the printer was not functioning, the bill could be sent via email. However, I have yet to receive any communication from the hotel.
It is quite disappointing to experience such a lack of responsiveness and basic service, especially from a property positioned as a 5-star hotel. I had expected a much higher level of professionalism and hospitality.
