Excellent Stay
AK Continental Hotel is an affordable option located close to the bus stand and major attractions like the Golden Temple. We booked the whole hotel for our wedding celebrations, and it created a festive and welcoming atmosphere. The staff gave special attention to all our guests, and the overall experience felt just like home. Our wedding functions went smoothly and were truly enjoyable thanks to the friendly and supportive team.

Nice property and staff behaviour was good. Rooms and washroom were clean and sanitised properly. Worth it property.

Poor Stay
coupleMy stay at Pax was disappointing. The room was much smaller than shown in the pictures, and there was an issue with the water converter, leaving me with only hot water for bathing. When I requested a room change, it was denied. To make things worse, the reception number wasn’t working, so I couldn’t reach out for assistance. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not worth the price.

Mr. Deepak & navneet mam is very polite and they provide us each and every things that we need on time at hotel, specially mr deepak is very humble in nature they treat us like a family we never that we are in outside from our home they treat us like family members and provide best service to us.

Terrible Stay
I stayed here with my family. The overall experience was very poor. The hotel room was very small, and washroom was stinking of cigarette smoke. We had to use our perfume as room freshner. Washroom switches were broken. We had to order paid in-room dining service because the complimentary buffet breakfast arrangement was filthy, we didn't even dare to try their buffet. The hotel doesn't even deserve 2 star.

groupthe hotel was in a very dirty area, no room service, no housekeeping, no cleanliness on bedsheets, kitchen, and the breakfast was served on the terrace with no roof when the temp. was chilling outside

Average Stay
Overall new hotel, room has good interior but small size. Can't keep bags and open it. Daily morning no hot water, have to call for a bucket full water. Breakfast served in room only but no place to sit & eat, so we avoided it and went city side. Lunch, dinner out of question. No support from hotel fir taxi-cab. You need to manage on own. Hotel sold out to some new entrepreneur so management have no right hospitality guidelines yet. They even charge extra for water bottle. Any food is pure vegetarian only. ( but we didn't tried any lunch dinner) overall service is average.

Not a great experience.
Good room and clean. Terrible room service, no restaurant as they show. No trace of it. Terribly bad breakfast. Only bread and poha. Ask for tea they'll tell you to make it. Terrible roads leading to the hotel.
