Review Of TT Residency

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I honestly don’t understand how this place has 3 stars — it doesn’t even deserve 1. The rooms were extremely dirty, with stained walls and awful smells. The bed sheets and blankets were full of dust and looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. It was impossible to sleep comfortably. The claimed that water was included, but at checkout they charged me for every single bottle. This is completely dishonest and unacceptable. The overall cleanliness, service, and management were terrible. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel — it’s a total waste of money and comfort.

I had an amazing time at the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the food as well as room service. View indeed was amazing. Nothing i could have asked for.

Extremely good behaviour of the receptionist and the caretaker, however the rooms were not that great. We had a ground floor room with a bad smell and alongside a street. If you open the curtains, you will see people walking around. Privacy wise, you might feel uncomfortable.

Room are clean and beds ar good and comfortable easy check in and check out . good tea available good location highly recommend

Value of money stay at decent location this place is approx 3km from golden temple not crowded place but near to market stay are well mannered hotel is clean but some wall patch is seen but is acceptable. Towel and soap is not provided but we never needed or asked no in house kitchen but they arrange tea place is safe for family curtain should be bit heavy beacuse road was near window parking was done in front hotel but in open space (under cctv) overall it was clean hotel at budget, dont expect luxury

Pathetic Experience. Looks like Dharamshala recently turned into so called hotel. No towels, no water in the hotel. They don’t even offer water bottles. Staff is uneducated.

I had a wonderful experience at the tt residency. The premium amenities with spa and wellness facilities offered us an excellent experience.
