Hotel Sallow Grand

I booked a hotel AC room but ac was not working and after complaining, they have not taken any action. I paid money for ac but they have not returned money which they should

I have mixed reviews but mostly on negative side. Location was ok. Bedsheets and blankets were all smelling and dirty. Rooms were not clean although bathroom was good. Towels were small, looked old and worn out. Only front of hotel looks like a hotel bit all inside area was not good. AC was good.. Worst part they shared 1500 for breakfast which was in included in my room rate but didn't deliver breakfast till 9 and keep getting it delayed. I left the hotel without breakfast, they don't even show courtesy to apologize for delay or somehow adjust that amount. Very very rude and disrespectful staff.

i was liked the property and location

Average property good staff behaviour no parking available. only on road side. No proper maintenance. Water pressure in taps is beyond imagination and don't know what their plumber thinks of it😊. Lot of young couples visit during day time. But really budget friendly stay. We just stayed one night

service is terrible. haven't liked the stay. bathroom didn't have proper exhaust which has caused smelly room. bedsheets were dirty. breakfast menu wasn't available for Jain food. infact breakfast buffet was available only for 1 day.

Stay was excellent and staff was well behaved

The hotel staff took a lot of time in giving the room, there was no towel in the room, after asking several times we got towels the next day and those too were dirty 👎👎

Satisfied from good service but please change the jet spray of washrooms

i booked this hotel mainly because it listed a pool on the site, but when i arrived, it was closed with no prior notice. very misleading and disappointing. to make things worse, the food was below average – bland, cold, and not fresh. definitely not worth the price. wouldn’t recommend unless major changes are made.

Rooms were large in size with all facilities required. I recommend stay in this hotel

Good part: Staff was polite & listen carefully & respond . Stay was comfortable. Room size was good . Food taste during breakfast buffet was good. Bad part : After checking In , we found that room was not completely clean as there were cigarette buds & burnt match sticks . Next day we asked the staff & they cleaned the room well. Restaurent is not available. Food comes outside . After 09:30pm till 07:30am , no body at reception picks up the phone call for any service. I had to call owner of the hotel for my dinner order. Breakfast buffet had very less items & management of food during breakfast was poor because there was always scarcity of food items .
